- Parking garages conveniently nearby to park (reach out a week in advanced for special rates). NJ Penn station is an 5 minute walk and gets you into Manhattan less then 20 min. 4 minute walk to prudential center. All food locations are in walking distance and a great smoothie place 5 minutes away!!
- Additional charges for violating house rules and damaged items.
$350 for Smoking (MInut device that detects a change in the air quality in the apartment if you start smoking anything).
$250 for parties (Minut Noise monitor in unit does record not conversations or words it’s to prevent parties)
$500 for any keys not placed back into lock box for next guests.
