Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The unit was not clean and full of human and dog hair. The bed linens were not cleaned and the carpet was not vacuumed. They only made bed up from previous occupants instead of thoroughly washing linens. There were even bugs crawling in bed. Communicated to host of issue and no cleaning service was provided. Called corporate to report issue and they fabricated a story that I declined cleaning service not knowing that I had cameras in place to monitor if someone would come while I was out. Had to sleep on couch. If you have pet allergies I would not recommend! Be prepared to walk far due to limited parking on street.
