"Excellent for a stop over. Shuttle to and from airport worked well. Spacious and clean room, though aircon was noisy. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast included in rate Lovely to get in the pool on a boiling hot day."

"The Black female front desk clerk was one of the nicest front desk clerk I've met at a hotel. She went above and beyond her way to accommodate us with early luggage drop-off to possible early check-in to events going on for the fourth of July. I'm glad we stayed at this hotel. It turned out to be a good choice."

"The property itself was gorgeous. it was a very busy weekend with 4th of July and the would cup going on. The check in took a while due to the long line and limited front desk staff. Other guest skipped the line to ask for more pool towels because they had run out which was indicating how busy it would be. We were offered those warm cookies at the end of check in as per double tree standard and that was a nice treat.Parking on site is a nightly fee and was super difficult due to how busy the property was. The room smelt stale as if it had not been properly cleaned. I notified the house keeper that I saw and she stated that the room was clean and she did not notice a problem but sprayed some freshener around the room. The in house dining was a cool option I wish the menu had a little more variety and more affordable. The restaurant staff were friendly and inviting. The pool was a nice and useful amenity. The power kept glitching due to the weather but the AC was great ! My family and I did not try the breakfast. Kids were playing knock and ditch at our door which was a bit annoying check out morning so we were awakened from our sleep earlier than we wanted. Overall I would give this stay a 6/10."

"My room was relatively clean, the tub/shower definitely needs an upgrade. The lobby has been beautifully redone but the rest of the hotel needs a face lift. The carpet down the halls to the rooms look much more worse for wear that one would hope. Staff was fine. Check in was quick but I didn't have many other interactions with them. One of the elevators was out and made a horrendous alarm noise for my entire stay. Luckily it was out of the way and you couldn't hear it from my room but I'm curious if others could. I did not try breakfast or bar but the fitness center was good. Overall, good price for what they have. Very convenient location. Walking distance (AKA next door) to a well stocked acme that came in very handy!"
