"I liked Benjamin who checked my husband and I in! I liked our clean, inviting room! It was very comfortably set up, so we had a place to open all of our bags—checked in, as well as carry ons! The other staff we want to mention by name are Laura at the Snack Bar—she makes one good bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant sandwich! The green tea was great also! Maria, from South America, is a hostess/waitress at the restaurant close to the registration desk! She waited on us both nights we were at the hotel and her service always came with a smile! When I told her tonight that we were leaving early in the morning, she accepted my hug and enthusiastically responded by giving me a hug back!
Our stay has been wonderful, but it’s time to go home to California tomorrow!"
