HOW IT WORKS:

Outdoor has a maximum of 10 people meaning you can invite 6 extra people to your outdoor gathering resulting in extra authorized guests at $40 per person. Please note this does NOT authorize an overnight stay. All guests must leave at 1am sharp. Fees must be paid together with your reservation. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Please send a message with the # of people & whether you’re having game night or family movie night. Any extra guests without approval will incur the normal $125 per person fee.

*Extra authorized guests are $40 per person 10 ppl MAX outdoors including the 4 overnight guests*

While our projector setup is designed for outdoor enjoyment, it is sensitive to weather conditions and must be packed up daily. The projector will be set up for specific hours (9pm-2am). This time provides the best lighting for the projector. Please do not leave equipment outside if it begins to rain, rearrange furniture or tamper with electronics as it is designed with your safety in mind. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if the weather does not permit outdoor activities. Please check the weather when booking and remember that our indoor space is equipped with a 70 inch ROKU TV. All children must be supervised. Authorized extra guests for the outdoors only must be approved prior to your check in date. All guest must leave before 1am or else they would be considered unauthorized overnight guests and will incur the $125 fee per person and immediate cancellation of your booking.
