Well‑stocked Newark studio near downtown. Queen bed, private bath w/ shower + bidet, travel dental kit, cotton swabs, hair dryer. Kitchenette: hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, oil/spices, full cookware & dishes (no full stove). In‑unit washer/dryer w/ supplies. Shark heat/cool air purifier, TV, coffee & tea K‑cups w/ to‑go cups. Ideal for 1–2 guests, can sleep 4 with air mattress.

Parking is available on the street.

No smoking or shoes indoor, 400 dollar smoking fee. No pets allowed.
