Private 3 room En-suite inside Victorian Home

Quaint 3 room space located on the 3rd floor in a 5 bedroom Victorian home, close to transit , restaurants and NYC. The loft like space is located on the third floor of the home. Accommodations include one bedroom, one en-suite bathroom, one living space with sleeper sofa, and one office. Guest also have access to SHARED kitchen, laundry, lush backyard, dining room, and exercise space.

This is NOT a full home rental. You are renting a private space on the third floor only.

Guests must be fully vaccinated.

ANY ADDITIONAL OVER 2PPL MUST BE NOTED ON RESERVATION ACCORDINGLY., THE COST IS $30 PER NITE. ANY PARTY OVER THAT ARRIVES WITH A THIRD GUESTS THAT IS NOT LISTED ON RESERVATION BEFOREHAND WILL BE CHARGED $50 EXTRA PER NIGHT FOR THE STAY.
