"We had a slight difficulty finding the entry to the property. It’s at a weird intersection, but that certainly isn’t the fault of the property. Our stay was fine and unremarkable. Sometimes that is just fine."

"Recent stay with Husband and daughter to visit NYC. Hotel is clean. Not very convenient to restaurants and transportation. The hotel does offer shuttle to and from airport which is nice. Staff was nice, but not very helpful and sometimes waited several minutes for someone to show up at front desk. Breakfast not included (not even continental) which was a bummer. There is a restaurant on site with great staff and good food (awesome happy hour menu☺️) Overall, we had a good stay."
