"Breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly. Parking was $17 extra which was not disclosed at booking. Pool was dirty when we first arrived then closed for maintenance and got to use for about 5 mins during our stay. That was one of the things we planned to come do after a full day of walking NYC. Air conditioner was super noisy, rm 613. Cleanliness was ok. Maintenance could use a little more work, as mentioned pool above, the ice machine wasn't working. Spent a total of 3 nights, price was good, beds were confortable. I would give it 3 stars, 4 if pool had been available during our stay..maybe."

"The room was amazingly clean and very spacious and worth the price abc the bed very comfortable. Only the TV worked no and then. The staff was very warm and friendly and even helped me to set up my Hilton honors account while being so informative the breakfast was the usual at most budget hotels. Nothing amazing or really different"

"I stayed because I missed the flight at 20:00. Shuttle bus helped me a lot, like bring me at late time, I appreciate it. Check-In was also smooth."

"The staff were really friendly, and the hotel room was really clean. I am OCD about health, so the last thing I want to see is mold or cockroaches. No bugs anywhere in my room, and our bathroom was stunningly beautiful too. Normally I wear shower shoes, but the floors were clean enough I contemplated not wearing them. Security seemed super friendly towards guests, and the AC unit worked well. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
