Really great property. We stayed in one of the two bedroom suits. Its great for families. The tv had some issues but someone was sent up right away and it was fixed

This is a great place to stay for extended business stays. Kitchen area was great! We had meal prepped prior to arriving and it had everything else we needed for my business trip. Nice social time with free beverages and appetizers. Very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Will stay here everytime I’m here for business.

Nice hotel, disappointing housekeeping/front desk.
Unfortunately we received zero housekeeping when we should have received light daily refresh everyday M-F and a full cleaning on the 7th day. Even after visiting the front desk multiple times none of the cleanings happened. After staying 8 days of course our garbages were full, we ran out of toilet paper and needed new towels. It was disappointing for sure. I was also told by two different employees, one being a manager that they would put IHG points into my account. I’ve yet to see those points either.

it’s was great we loved the kitchen breakfast was amazing room was very comfy and cozy however the water for the shower does take a long time to heat up

Room was more than expected (multi rooms) well furnished. Very comfortable uncrowded. Staff were pleasant and wanted to know if there was anything that we needed or just wanted. Nice beer & wine with some hot food in the evening (nice touch). cannot say enough about our stay and highly recommend this hotel

With all the options out there for free (Pluto) & pay TV (Amazon, Paramount , Netflix, etc), these were not offered. The provided limited selections were very poor, and most were sports or news. For those of us who come to town on business and want to relax, this was disappointing. I have a lot of allergies so I loved the kitchenet. Well stocked with everything I needed. Also loved that the maid service was minimal - for longer term stays, we can do without everyday full service. Wished the coffee pot was a self contained drip maker (Keurig for example). Forcing the guests to buy coffee pods after the first night is a bit chinchy.
