The hotel was under construction when we were there. The main entrance was blocked. We had to go through a small side door next to the pool. The door was open the entire 3 days we were there which means anyone could just walk in. There were often people standing outside the door which I wasn’t sure if they stayed there or not. People smoked outside so it was not pleasant smell entering or leaving the building. I wish I knew ahead of time to avoid booking this hotel. They charged regular price for stay which made so sense to me. Breakfast was horrible. There was no lobby. There was one table next to the elevator and that was the check in. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Tbe place is under under repair and has no lobby a d no one to attending the doors. The doors for the whole place are locked. You have to call somebody to come let you in. I waited for a half hour and no one showed up.

There was no power for two days. Room was not cleaned and we had to go get tweaks and supplies ourselves. They couldn’t give us credit as the porter was down Need credit for two days.

While I appreciate the hotel is under renovation- respectfully, this facility is not ready for customers. The furnishings and basic functions of my room was horrible. Toilet ran constantly, dresser and TV stand looked like it fell off the moving truck. Bed was concave and well worn, breakfast was substandard. Disappointed- do not recommend.

Downsides: The property is not in a great location, there are plenty of restaraunts nearby but only a chinese grocery in the adjacent mall. Had to drive about a mile to find a grocery store that had items I would want to eat. Lots of homeless in the area, no security at the Motel other than cameras and bright lights, disclaimer signs posted that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items from cars (not reassuring). Room issues: toilet kept leaking and filling all night, shower valve stuck, very hard to open, all pictures hung in room looked like they wereby a blind man in a fun-house (not one was hung straight). Upside, bed was comfortable, housekeeping was thorough, choice of pillows was good: lots of Motels have pillows that are too thick to be comfortable.

Nice stay it was quiet and pleasant. I commute from work to my home 2 Hour drive . My main state was so I didn’t have to commute one or a day out of the week. I am very surprised with this hotel. The price was right and I enjoyed my stay.

This was a very nice hotel especially for the price. There wasn't one person working who didn't work hard and have a great welcoming attitude. Every worker should be commended. My parents and I had to stay here for over a week while my brother was in the hospital. The workers were professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept. We had the beds made on days which we didn't think they would be made. It was nice to come back after a day at the hospital to clean rooms. The location is great. It's off the freeway near a mall and there are many places to eat and shop at. There is also a gym and outdoor pool. We were able to use the dining area tables to eat a little something, hang out and play games. We cleaned up after ourselves of course. The dining area is very clean. The downsides. The pool is rather small, but it's winter so it didn't matter to us. The breakfasts are limited. This is probably due to post COVID. The selection included waffles, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, variety of yogurt, coffee, juice, fruit, cereal, granola, tea. It's fine for a short stay because the sandwiches were changed daily so you had a good selection. I was just looking forward to scrambled eggs with my breakfast. I have no major complaints. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.

I checked in on Thursday, by Friday evening I was ate up in bites, thought it was mosquito until I got home and opened my luggage, BED BUGS!!!! I have multiple Sclerosis and I have over 30 bites from the hotel itself. My clothing had bugs on it, and even a bed bug in a travel cup that was not used NOT SAFE

Needs some improvement
The breakfast was free, but I would go down many days and there was little or no food. I don’t know if it was a matter running out or not restocking. The internet was very spotty, I ended up just using my data. The parking lot needs more lighting and designated truck parking.

Its always quiet (except for the 4th of July). The staff is always kind, curteous and attentive. Wlaking distance to many dining restaurants, convenience stores and gyms.
