Studio apt. on lower floor of my home with separate entrance. Ten minutes from downtown Newburyport. Thirty minutes to Portsmouth, NH and Gloucester, MA.

Great stay in a cozy apartment by the beach!
This is a great spot, closely located by the beach, pet friendly, and the perfect amount of space. The small kitchen was enough to prepare meals for my wife and I and. There is a great selection of old books and photos. Ed provided great recommendations in the area to visit as well. If you're coming to Plum Island, you don't want to miss this spot!

A cute little get away!
Two things I loved about this stay. Number one Ed is a very accommodating and responsive host. He was happy to make any changes possible to make my stay nicer. I couldn't ask for a nicer, kinder host. Second the property is tucked away and somewhat isolated which is saying a lot on Plum Island which is a highly populated little bit of land. It was a true getaway! I can highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty funky
Not up tp VRBO standard: no TV!! Poorly equiped kitchen with the smallest, inadequate refrigerator I’ve ever seen No clothes line or place to hang wet towels and bathing suits Deferred maintenance inside and outside. But a private, quiet location very conveniently located.

One of our favorite places to stay on Plum Island
Ed's studio is very charming and comfortable. We loved our stay there so much last year that we booked it again this year. It's a quick walk to "town" and the beach; has a lovely outside garden with table and chairs. We highly recommend this rental. Priscilla and John
