"Carpet had coffee stains on it. Trash in lobby was full several times when I walked through. And other customers were very disrespectful when come into the hotel hall ways."

"No Air conditioner or heat. Called three times and was told maintenance was on way. Never happend . Toilet was also broke. No hair dryer in room as stated . Elevators were pretty scary ."
