Nice quiet neighborhood in Newburyport

House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive.

Needs some work

The first impression is terrible. You enter a dirty basement with an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely lumpy and the bathroom and kitchen floors were very dirty. The living room area was pleasant and for a weekend the kitchen was well appointed but not good if you wanted to do a lot of cooking.

Great overnight stay

We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and a few different beaches close by.

Convenient location

Staying in Newburyport was a great location for our family of 4 to visit friends and family in New England! We went kayaking on Plum island, toured Newburyport, Kittery Maine, Quincy Market in Boston etc. The property was adequate for us, nice to have laundry, space for us to have meals. The negative was that the property was not very clean, lots of dust and unfinished details. The place needs some upkeep!

I was rather disappointed in this Vrbo. We are being charged for cleaning and yet there was no evidence this location was professionally cleaned whatsoever. Lack of furniture in the living room area. There was also only one one sliding glass door on the shower / bathtub when there should have been two, allowing water to go all over. The property, in a whole, needs some TLC to be considered a rental in my opinion. There are beautiful flowers on the property though!

Newburyport wedding weekend

We had a great stay, in for a family weekend. Host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, was very complete in the instructions. We had plenty of room for 5 adults, plenty of towels and bedding. There were a few things missing in the kitchen, but we were able to make it work. Would stay here again👍

Booking was easy and owner is very accommodating to meet all needs. spacious, clean home. Great location. My only suggestion is it could use a little more kitchen supplies but we certainly managed. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

A+ Property!

We stayed here during the Yankee Homecoming this year. We also have family in the area. This house is a short drive from downtown Newburyport and a few miles to Plum Island. Safe, quiet area. It is also very close to grocery stores, shopping etc. There were only three of us, but the house could have slept 6 comfortably. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend!
