Accessibility and Convenience
Beach Daze is wheelchair-friendly, with full accessibility throughout the property, including the bathroom. Guests can easily make their way to the beach, pool, shops, and restaurants without encountering any steps, ensuring a hassle-free experience for everyone.

Comfortable Accommodation
Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with luxurious king-size beds that can be split into two king singles as needed. Both bedrooms include their own TVs and private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and relaxation for all guests.

Fully Equipped for Your Stay
The villa is designed with self-catering and entertaining in mind. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and everything needed for preparing meals. For added convenience, Beach Daze includes an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays stress-free.

Entertainment and Relaxation
Guests can enjoy over 100 DVDs and books available during their stay or simply sit back and soak in the tranquil surroundings. Whether you're relaxing on the balcony or exploring the many amenities of Caves Beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

This villa is privately owned and managed. When you book through Weekenda at Caves Beach Villas, you’ll also enjoy access to the hotel’s pool, bar, and restaurant—perfect for a relaxing break.

How We Price: The rate is based on a minimum number of guests. Any extra guests are charged per person, per night. Just enter the total number of guests when booking and the system will update the price for you. Please note that if you reduce guest numbers later, refunds aren’t available for those changes.

Arrival Details: Checking in is simple. You’ll get an SMS with your access code just before 3pm on your arrival day. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in might be possible, but we won’t be able to confirm until the afternoon before your stay. If available, we’ll let you know by 4pm the day before.

Linen: Each guest will have one full set of bed linen and a bath towel. Pool/beach towels are BYO.

Guest Amenities: To help reduce waste, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower.

Shared Resort Pool: Guests have full access to the resort pool. It’s open from 6am–9pm (October–April) and 7am–5pm (May–September).

No Party Policy: This is a peaceful residential area and we follow the NSW Short-Term Rental laws. No parties or loud noise are allowed.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people on your booking is the maximum allowed at the property at any time, including visitors. If you’d like someone to pop by, just reach out to us first.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are outdoor security cameras at this villa, and communal areas at Caves Bungalows may also have cameras due to the on-site restaurant and bar.

Guest Registration / ID Check: All guests need to complete a quick online check-in before arrival, including uploading photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport). The main booker will also need to provide a list of guest names and mobile numbers. This is just in case we need to get in touch during your stay. All documents are deleted after your departure. Access codes are only sent to registered and verified guests.

Critical Update: Due to a rise in fraudulent bookings, any booking made within 5 days of arrival will need to provide a photo of a valid credit card matching the ID of the guest who booked. If these don’t match, the booking will be cancelled and refunded. We know this won’t be an issue for genuine guests and appreciate your understanding.

Insurance: We highly recommend taking out a domestic travel insurance policy. It’s a small cost for great peace of mind—especially helpful around events like Hunter Valley concerts. Trusted options include Cover-More, Travel Insurance Direct, or Insureandgo.
