Staff were fabulous, convenient for dining in room and at the fabulous Warners at the bay hotel. Spotlessly clean,nothing was a problem. We will be back . Highly recommend.

Always very pleasant….very friendly and obliging staff. Very clean, comfortable and wonderfully renovated. Delicious meals at the hotel Bistro as well. A very well run business. Congratulations.

The room was newly renovated with a comfy mattress and quality bedding outstanding value for the price. I paid for a room with a balcony thinking it would be an upstairs room but my room was on the ground floor which made it not very private when having a coffee outside as you are right in the carpark area with people coming and going. Other than that I would highly recommend Warners at the Bay the staff were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay there in the future.

I enjoyed my stay and the room was very clean but I could smell the repair work from the renovations throughout the room. Otherwise happy to come back again when this is completed.

Highly recommend
The only downside to my stay was that there were renovations happening at the time, but I was made aware of this prior to arriving and given the option of a full refund and to cancel my booking if I wished to. Aside from that, I will definitely return to the hotel when back in the area. The newly renovated room was amazing, comfortable and very clean, aside from a small amount of building dust on the glass table which obviously is only temporary. All staff that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. Reception staff were amazing as were the housekeeping staff, who helped me to take my bags down to reception upon checkout. The bar and bistro were amazing as well with a lovely modern look and feel and the food was delicious and fresh. Overall 10 out of 10!

The newly renovated rooms are amazing, the food from the restaurant is delicious and that you can order room service from the full restaurant menu is even better!! The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful!! I would absolutely stay here again!

A great venue for a last minute, mid week stay. The rooms were surprisingly large, and spacious. The only downside, was the remodelling going on in the downstairs rooms, however they will be finished shortly. Would recommend.
