Settle in as the loons swim by beckoning you to join them in a refreshing swim in the pristine lake. Enjoy your time fishing, walking in the woods, picking blueberries, swimming or kayaking then lay back in the hammock with a good book as you listen to the gentle waves lapping up against the shore. Senior and kid friendly, the lot is level with two docks and the lake is a mere 15 yards across a sandy, private front yard. The wooden dock has a ramp and steps into the water. Only an hour drive to the ocean or enjoy a scenic drive to the White Mountains. The private, semi secluded cottage sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, living room with fireplace and pull out couch, kitchen, dining room, updated bathroom, screened in porch with sitting area and picnic table. Also included: Onsite parking, fully stocked kitchen necessities (guests provide their own meals), coffee pot, sheets, towels, fireplace and wood, free Wi-Fi, tv, dvd player, washer, rowboat, blow up kayak.

This wonderful cottage does not have central heating nor insulation. The fireplace is great at heating the living room. We provide a space heater and electric blankets for cool nights.
