Experience Newland like a local in this fabulous 3-bedroom cabin. Guests will find a queen bed, two full beds, and a twin bed, perfect for a group or family getaway. The welcoming living room features a cozy futon, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. With heating and AC, comfort is guaranteed year-round. The excellent bathroom includes a refreshing shower to start your day right. This cabin offers a perfect blend of charm and convenience. The cabin has beautiful T&G walls, ceilings, and floors, with a fully stocked kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful pond and mountain views while sitting in your hammock or rocking chairs on the huge covered front porch. Fall in love with Newland and the NC Mountains and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

***Please note*** Our guests bring their own pillows, linens/comforter, and towels for the bathroom. If you would like us to provide a linen service for a fee, we can do that, but please request this at time of booking and let us know how many beds/people you need linen service for so we can provide you the exact quote.

We are also pet friendly, guests pay a one-time $50 pet fee per dog, but we require all dogs to be leashed and picked up after while on the campground.

Everything was great! Location was perfect only 30mins or so from sugar mountain resort. The host was great. Cabin was clean and tidy, the property was beautiful and quiet. The only thing was because we arrived at night we saw the bridge and we were freaking out because it looked small haha but its safe lol. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. My 7yr old son enjoyed the loft area and both bedroom beds were comfortable. The host provided us with linens for a fee. My dog loved the place and surrounding area for all the smells. Definately a must stay! Walmart was super close in case you forgot something, gas station near by including dollar General. Oh plus the host left us some wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire with smores on our last night. Wifi for streaming was slow but this is probably a good thing to allow time to disconnect from emails and work!
