DOWNTOWN DOVER: A 15-minute drive brings you to the center of “the fastest growing city in New Hampshire” (US Census) – marked by shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and more. In addition to S. Berwick's quaint and beautiful Main Street, in Dover you’ll discover even more amazing dining options – as well as breweries, museums, barber shops, and live entertainment.
DOVER's RIVERWALK: An attractive stroll in the middle of one of NH Seacoast’s busiest cities. This 1200 foot walk follows an oxbow river bend around a former mill building.
DOVER COMMUNITY TRAIL: A multi-use trail with breathtaking views of the Cocheco and Bellamy Rivers. You'll find ample scenic views, points of interest, and convenient access points along the 6.4 mile stretch. Opportunities for bicycling, walking, hiking, bird watching, and fishing. The trail is comprised of two sections: a paved urban section stretching three-quarters of a mile from the Transportation Center to Fisher Street, and a natural section, two and a half miles long following the Cocheco River from Beckwith Ballfields to Watson Road.
GARRISON HILL TOWER: Second only to Mount Agamenticus, the tower atop Garrison Hill is the best place to take in the entire seacoast region. Thanks to hard working volunteers, this popular Dover attraction has been fully restored. Scarcely visible from the road, this tower is Dover’s secret jewel. Visitors must know where to turn to climb the hill and get a natural high. Seek out this Dover landmark.

Absolutely perfect. Apt is very clean, easy to find and peaceful. My son enjoyed the board games offered and I was grateful for the coffee. Will absolutely stay here again.
Travis was very good at communication and even had his cleaners try to finish earlier so we could check in early. The place was cute and perfect for what we needed it for.
Thanks Travis.
Property was clean and super quiet- had a kitchen with utensils, dinnerware- everything you’d need when away from home. Host was great w/ communication.
Great location for the Seacoast- easy to get everywhere- Portsmouth, Dover, Durham- grocery stores nearby, great food options.
Nice clean & quiet apartment. Off the beaten path, but just a few blocks to all the action. Owner was very clear with instructions and directions. We will definitely stay here in the future if our travels bring us back!
Travis was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we made about the property. You’re super close to downtown Newmarket and Durham and only 15-20 min from Portsmouth. You can’t beat the price for this location!
Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. We rented the apartment while waiting to close on our home and it was the perfect place. Travis was very communicative and great to work with. The apartment is well provisioned and the beds are comfortable. It is removed from town so super quiet. I would recommend this place to stay.
Great little apartment that slept all 5 of us. Cooked all our dinners for the weekend in the apartment. Was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine that was great! Travis was easy to contact and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended
The inside property was spotless, even a bottle of wine left for us in the refrigerator. Tyler was very receptive when asked questions. The small complex needed TLC, but location was exactly where we need to be.
The pictures were representative of the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. The a/c units in each bedroom window were perfect.
I had to ask for the check-in and check-out instructions, but the owner responded quickly.
My only critique is that the hot water would run out (e.g., even when taking a shower for fewer than 10 min, the water would turn from lukewarm to cool for the person taking a shower afterwards, so the 2nd person would have to wait a little bit for a fully hot shower).
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
the outside area could be cleaned up a little but dont let that stop you. Theres plenty of parking, beautiful inside, Great communication, clean inside, cozy, then they even gave a bottle of wine. I will stay again.
Thank you Travis. overall 4stars!!
The place was very clean and quiet. It has a private entrance which makes it very convenient. We felt like at home. Travis responded to messages immediately. I will definitely stay here in the future.
This property is nestled on a second floor and in the back. Very quiet. The property is just a short ride to NewMarket, NH. NewMarket has nice places to eat and get coffee.
When the apartment gets a little warm, the air wouldn't circulate.
I do recommend staying here for a couples getaway.

A bit disappointing
Interior a bit dated but very clean. There was no picture of the outside surrounds when booking. Extremely disappointed when arrived. Debris everywhere and very un-kept. Didn't think I was at the right place. However, served the purpose of a place to sleep.
Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the 'main' road a bit but there is no house number at the road. Once you know where it is, not a problem.
The unit was clean (most important) & quiet. The exterior could use a little TLC, but not a dealbreaker. If you don’t want bugs inside don’t leave to exterior light on. It attracts a bazillion bugs and when you open the door they invite themselves in. We didn’t feel we needed it on…used our phone flashlights at night. A short drive into Newmarket. Cute, quaint town. Loved our trip to the New England states and already scheming a plan to return.
