The shared dock delivers an authentic waterfront experience, and even offers a Duffy boat available for rent, so you can cruise the canals and soak in Newport’s coastal charm.
Inside, the home features a bright, welcoming interior with a refined yet comfortable feel. The living room offers plush seating, a TV for relaxed evenings, and a full sized sleeper-sofa for additional sleeping flexibility. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full suite of appliances, dining for six, and casual counter seating, making it easy to enjoy everything from quick breakfasts to leisurely dinners.
The master suite includes a queen bed, an additional twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious dual-showerhead shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own TV. An additional full bathroom and a powder room ensure plenty of space to refresh and unwind.
Step outside and discover all that Newport Beach has to offer—from biking along the boardwalk and watching surfers at The Wedge to dining at Lido Marina Village or taking the ferry to Balboa Island for fresh seafood and classic seaside fun. Every day here brings a new way to enjoy the Southern California coast.
THINGS TO KNOW: -This home has stunning views straight from your living spaces/patio to the canal -Guests have one reserved garage parking space. Please note the garage space is not big enough for a very large truck or SUV, this will require street parking. -Duffy boat is not included in this rental, but is available for rent separately -Dock is not fully private. Occasional dock access required by other Duffy boat owners who may pass through the back patio. -Please note that a long-term tenant resides in the upstairs unit and uses one side of the shared garage. -Please note there is ongoing construction next door, home is priced accordingly -When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party -If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater. -If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser. -When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $450 per month apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking -When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
