You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Location was wonderful!!!! The unit was clean. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the bed in one of the bedrooms. Not very comfy. Also needed more washcloths! Communication with rhe manager was exceptional!! Overall great stay!!! Thank you
Location was very good, just the right distance from the busy areas. And if you are inclined to attend a daily mass, a pretty little church is a short walk away. Garage for unit C was for small vehicles. We rented a small one, got upgraded to a larger one and couldn't use the garage. Good news is that there was plenty of free street parking nearby. Overall the rental was roomy and a good value for a location on the beach among multi million $ properties.
We do a Newport trip every year. This year some plans changed so we made a last minute booking. To get the time we wanted down there we had to spend 3 days in unit B and 3 days in unit C. Property manager was very accommodating in making it a smooth transition. Unit B was what I expected. Nothing fancy but you are on the beach and it does the Job. However when we moved back to unit C for the final 3 days the experience changed. First off the bed in unit c is an absolute joke. It must be 20 years old. You could feel every spring in it. Units A & B open to the ocean so you get a nice ocean breeze that comes through and cools it down inside. Unit C gets no airflow. The outside temperature the week we were there was mid 70s. We couldn’t get the temperature to drop below 80 inside. They had 4 fans in the unit. Only 3 of the fans worked and they were so dirty they could hardly move any air. So not only is it hot but you have the noise of fans blowing all day and night. My recommendation is don’t spend your money on unit C.
I should have not rush booked it! Pay attention to the pics and description
All and all it’s a place to put your head down at night but way over priced for being a back house with no AC. The garage with this unit offered will not fit a full size car so you will have to pay for additional city parking approximately $20.00 per day.
The house is small and not having AC or a dishwasher were draw backs. The location is fantastic but you can't see the beach from the house. The windows face the alley on either side. Also, there is no porch/ patio to sit on. The garage space is tiny. It's a comfortable place for 4 people and the management was good to communicate and answer questions.
Place was nice, suite information was unclear and a bit muddied. Suite ABC need clearer descriptions of location. Also you need a mr. Bean car in order to park in the garage. Overall management team was great Bobby Aaron Brandon awesome. Will rent again different sweet different location next time though
