Ideally positioned steps from Newport Beach's best beachfront and ocean recreation, guests will enjoy great waves for skilled surfers and gentle shorelines perfect for young sandcastle builders. Clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, this accommodation has long been a guest favorite, with many returning year after year to enjoy its charm and unbeatable location. Here's what you'll find:

Two twin trifold floor mats - best used for kids - are provided, along with linens and pillows, to accommodate the maximum total of overnight guests. (Twin rollaway beds can be rented/delivered for use by adults in lieu of the floor mats. Please make arrangements with our office in advance.)

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

PARKING:
2 carport spaces, each accommodating most vehicles (some SUVs). Enclosed carport dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).

LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the utility room along the ground-floor walkway near the garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies and quarters.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

This house was great for our big family. It was so close to the beach. But it was very clean an had all the kitchen amenities for a big Thanksgiving feast. I highly recommend. Also, they made leaving so easy. All we had to do was pack up and leave, but of course we cleaned up after ourselves. They took care of the everything!
