Upon entering the home, you will walk up a short flight of stairs and be greeted with a spacious living area with a large sectional for cozying up. The living area flows into the updated kitchen and dining area with a table for 4. Just outside the open space living area, you will find a large deck with comfortable seating for the whole family, another table that seats 6-8, a fire pit, and a BBQ.
Back inside the home, you will find the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom down the hall. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large closet and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a closet as well.
The shared garage is below your unit, where you can find a full sized washer and dryer that is shared with the front unit's guests. Your designated parking spot will be on the left hand side of the garage.
This home is in an ideal location on Balboa Island, walking distance to all the Island has to offer. The bayfront beaches are perfect for families with small children to play, due to the calm waters.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
