Home Truths: - Guests may walk up to the picnic table on the dock, but do not have access to the boat dock. - Stays over 30 nights require mid-cleanings. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that this is a five-unit building, and this unit is located on the upper level with water-facing views. - Please note: This unit can experience noticeable airplane noise due to air traffic over the harbor. - Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors. - Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. To stay connected, join the WiFi network provided and enable WiFi calling on your phone. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay. - Please note that you have access to the deck up until that table and chairs at the end, directly in front of the house but not further than the table. It's a shared area and on a first come first serve basis.
Parking Details: - No designated parking. - There is plenty of free street parking around, but please watch and adhere to street cleaning restrictions, which prohibit parking in some areas on Monday mornings and others on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Property was immaculate with well stocked kitchen and extras ( bath towels, beach towels, toiletries). Great view and enjoyable peace eating on the deck and/or eating on the private dock. This property was very comfortable for 4 adults. We didn't need to communicate with host since everything was so well prepared. Great location to access many activities and the beach. Garage parking is small but we took our smaller Outlook which fit perfectly and we didn’t have to search for parking. We will definitely be back for another enjoyable stay!!
Amazing customer service very professional and helpful throughout the entire experience. Condo was 5 star accommodations beautifully maintained and the kitchen was amazing everything you’d need for a big family to enjoy them selves. View on the balcony was second to none. I’m looking forward to my next stay

Host and property are awesome. Quiet setting by the bay, yet short walking distance to everything. We could hardly separate ourselves from the property.
The condo had all what we need it was very clean, communication with Kathy the manager was good she is very nice and she respond very quick. We enjoy this place very much..
We enjoyed our stay when we checked in we had a beautiful view right on the harbor were able to watch the boats come and go, and it was actually a very quiet area with just some small groups or couples walking by from time to time the property is spotless, and the people are great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place. Nicely appointed, nice family space, easy walk to everything. Great views. The manager - Kathy - was great to work with! Highly recommend!

Amazing location!
We had an amazing stay. That unit is perfectly appointed with all the little touches that you may need. The location is breathtaking and within walking distance to the beach, balboa village, the ferry, and the fun zone. We will definitely be back!
