    Welcome to this sweet, modernized 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 700 sq. ft., second-floor beach bungalow, located just a short walk from the sand. The home also features a charming front patio with colorful, comfortable seating and a barbecue—perfect for easy outdoor meals after a day at the beach.

    Inside, you'll find a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Just bring the ingredients and enjoy spending time together.

    The living room offers a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of exploring Newport Beach.

    The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests in beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Premium linens are provided throughout to help ensure a comfortable stay.
