This upstairs Getaway has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus loft with 2 single beds! The full kitchen has quartz counters, new appliances, large dining area, hard wood floors throughout and seating for 2 on a small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. This unit is also complete with private Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bed room.

Awesome location by the beach in an amazing area! Place was well appointed and had everything you need, including a bbq and beach towels! Will definitely be coming back!
The condo is super clean, nicely furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach or shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We will definitely stay here again. Doug is easy to communicate with and offers great advice for activities in the area.
Really clean and well appointed two bedroom unit… One block from the ocean, one block from Pacific Coast Highway with tons of restaurants and shops, etc. 10 minutes from Laguna Beach. 10 minutes from Balboa Island. Had a great time!! I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at the property but this time we stayed in a larger unit upstairs. Doug and Rachel are responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and downtown CDM but an easy drive to many other places.
We brought our family of 6 to spend several days in southern cal. We weren’t familiar with Del Mar before coming but it was absolutely the perfect location! We spent 3 days swimming and boogie boarding on Newport Beach. It was a very short drive and easy to find parking down that way. You could walk to Caron’s Del Mar beach. Also very beautiful, just a bit more crowded than we liked. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Such beautiful homes. The beds were so comfy and my kids enjoyed the little loft area.
This apartment worked perfectly for our family vacation. The room with the loft inside worked well for my son’s family with two young children. They could also have exclusive use of the ensuite bathroom. There is a short ladder leading up to these twin beds. The one other bedroom had a comfortable bed and a closet to store suitcases and all belongings.
The well appointed and very spacious kitchen/dining room was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy. All appliances were up to date.
The living room/dining/kitchen open area was very spacious and allowed another family to join us for dinner.
The beach was a short walk away which was very appealing and appreciated, as were the beach towels and chairs and sand toys.
Doug was very responsive when I contacted him for a question.
We would definitely return here at any future visit. It was 10/10!
The property was very comfortable and situated in a great location. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops and so many places within short driving distance. Communication with the owners after booking was excellent. We would definitely return.
We had a fantastic stay at Seaview. The owners were great, with excellent communication and care attention throughout. Our place was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and when we wanted to go out, we were very near excellent restaurants. The beach is a very short, easy walk away, and the neighborhood is impeccably clean, charming, and a great place for an early evening stroll. Seaview gets our highest recommendation, Beth and Mike.
We stayed here for a swim meet. We had never been to CA and we are in love with CDM! Doug was super helpful and provided all kind of food and activity recommendations.
This was the perfect house for our beach vacation! The owners were very easy to work with and on top of any issues that came up. My teens loved the loft with 2 twin beds. Stop looking and book this house!
We are a family of 3 and this was a lovely spacious location for us with all the comforts of home. Very cozy feel, really nice to come home to after a long day exploring the beautiful southern California coast. Doug was attentive and responsive and location was just perfect for us. Would definitely return and plan to!

This property is great in every way. Clean, nicely done with every necessity you would need.
We are repeat- tenants here because of the location, cleanliness, decor and high-end-comfortable beds!
The owners are very concerned about their tenants being cared for and satisfied.
