"Surprised me to see using plastic cutlery paper cups with plastic coating Dove brand for bathroom facilities all of which are bad for the environment I think all businesses need to be working toward an environment and sustainability for generations to come. Reception were friendly and accommodating and the staff in the breakfast room were not friendly and accommodating. It’s the first time I’ve entered my room in any hotel where my bed had not been remade. I always make a point of leaving a room tidy when I leave ready for the maids. The maids when leaving the room were always smiling and welcoming. "

"There was dirt & black mold in the bath/shower. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time! Stains on the walls which was either food or blood. Opened a towel to use and it was brown:had dirt in it!! The parking, which you have to pay $30 a night for was awful and hard to get a spot. The hallways smelled horrible and they tried to cover it up w a gross smelling deodorizing spray. Would not recommend this property and we will not ever be staying here again. Advertisement says clean remodeled rooms. Neither is true. It’s across from the beach. But even still, I’d pay more and stay pretty much anywhere else. "

"Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"
