Excellent location! Just 2 blocks from the beach! Easy to find from the freeway exit. The beach chairs and toys were so nice to have. The blue pop up is a little tired, but it works. Some beach towels are provided in the linen closet, Loved walking distance to a couple of restaurants- Chronic Tacos was the bomb! A couple of us got pedicures at Pink Nails. So relaxing. We were a party of 5. The pull out couch and beds were adequate, but the wicker was… squeaky. We did cook & BBQ during our stay and had all the basic utensils and mixing bowls, cookie sheets needed. I would recommend a stay at this property for a little beach time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from booking to check in to arrival was great. Office staff was so helpful and we enjoyed every moment of the Newport stay!
