NOTE: Because all 3 units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in all units - especially overnight.

PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Across the street, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
