we had a wonderful stay in this 1 bedroom beach home. Communication was perfect with owner and there were no issues with the home. Great location to be able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Having a garage to park our car in was a bonus. Highly recommend this home if staying in Newport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. This rental was so centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go- the beach, the bay, restaurants, etc that we hardly had to drive anywhere! It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs! Very clean and great neighborhood!

This unit is exactly as advertised, super clean and stocked with everthing you could need. Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants and bars. We had the unfortunate luck to be here during the massive rainstorms, but still had a great time. Our host was excellent at answering any questions. Would definitely stay here if in town again.

Charming House

This is the third year we rented this 1st floor house. We love the place so much! The house is clean, comfortable and the furnishings are perfect. The location is great as everything is close by for either walking or biking. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The host responds quickly to our bookings and is so nice! Hoping to be back again next year as this is how much we love this location!

Amazing location

The check in process was very easy and informative. It was a great stay as we were waiting to move to Hawaii and needed a place to stay with our dog for 5 days. Great convenient and beautiful neighborhood with a super easy walk to the beach and it was super convenient that they allow dogs. Honestly we did not stay long in the unit as we were out visiting friends every day so we did not really use the kitchen, etc.

Back again and always top notch

Perfect location between beach and bay. Once the car is in the garage, it never leaves. Not sure the two of us would stay anywhere else in the area. As all beach homes go, its a constant battle with sand and sea, but we've always found it well kept and updated. Loved the new BBQ. We'll be back soon.
