Oceanfront 3BR Home w/ Pool Table & Patio

Our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath lower level home with patio on the beach is perfect for your family with up to 7 guests. Rack up a game of pool on our pool table and then walk right onto the Sand from our Oceanfront home Located in West Newport on 41st St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation.

Our home is one of two units in a two-unit (Duplex) building.

Bedroom 1 - (1) Queen
Bedroom 2 - (2) Twins
Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed (Full on Bottom, Twin on Top)

Other amenities include - Parking for 1 vehicle, Shared Washer/Dryer, WiFi, Linens, Beach & Bath towels, indoor Dining Area, BBQ, Giant Patio on the Sand with Outdoor dining table. Our Kitchen is Fully Equipped with pots, pans, dishes, a coffeepot, Gas BBQ, Beach Toys & Beach Chairs

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place. Located on 40th St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

The house was in a great location, literally on the sand. However, the house is dated and kind of dirty. There was also a group of kids next door that were really loud. Wasn’t my favorite stay for the price.
