  • Located in Newport Beach at the Balboa pier, this unit has been completely remodeled. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and recessed lighting. New bathrooms with granite, travertine tile, and sleek glass shower enclosures. The unit includes high-speed internet Wi-fi access, and two flatscreen TVs ( living room, and master bedroom). Direct TV with all premium movie and sports channels included.

    Walk to the Fun Zone, the Balboa Island Ferry, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The world-famous surfing spot "The Wedge" a just a short walk from this location. The greenbelt in front of this unit is great for kids and allows easy access to the beach. Available year-round, Dogs, are considered at the owner's discretion. If Pet (s) are approved there is a separate pet contract that must be completed at the time of booking. The owner has similar property next door for larger groups or joint family vacations.
