Great stay in this beautiful decorated home. We definitely look forward to staying here on our next vacation. The amenities were beyond expected. We felt as if we were in a Showcase Home. There was room to accommodate our whole family. Which is rare on a vacation rental. We have 3 adult children and 2 older teenagers. Short walk to the ocean and the bay. Our kids loved walking to the Balboa Island Ferry and the pier . We loved the patio and ate outside almost everyday. An Entertainers dream house. Without hesitation I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

BEAUTIFUL home, lovely vacation!

This home is beautifully built, wonderfully decorated, fantastic patio with the feeling of outdoor living while indoors, great for entertaining and very relaxing. Our whole family stayed and we had so much fun making memories there! The beach is very easy to walk to. It is easy access to shopping and dining and close to other beaches. We have stayed 3 times and hope to stay again.

The perfect Newport getaway

We highly recommend this beautiful 3 story luxury home. It was great time for our family and Friends who joined us . Lots of wonderful activities, such as restaurants, shopping, sight seeing or just hanging out and BBQ ing . The ocean air was so relaxing ! This home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had every eminety you could ask for. Would love to come back next summer.

A seaside delight!

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful seaside villa... A lovely home. It was so comfortable for our large family and the decor was exquisite! The location made it easy for us to enjoy the bay and beach in addition to easy access to all the major shopping and restaurants nearby...we hope to return next year!
