"My company moved me from Down East to Atlanta last year and this was a great spot for our Spring Break trip back to the coast. There was plenty of space for all of us (I have 2 20-something and 1 high school age sons). The location was great, and the host was fantastic. We will be booking this place again on our next visit, hopefully soon!"

"My wife and I stayed for a quick babymoon before our first child arrives. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable and with a neat decor. Close to the breach and a short trip to all the good restaurants. The host was great as well, with excellent communication."

"The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!"

"During our stay, we found 3 nails sticking up in the normal foot path (on the steps), 4 cockroaches, several cracks in the walls, and places in the floor that were so unlevel they didn't feel safe. We understand that this is an older house and, for the area, cockroaches aren't unusual, but we definitely canNOT recommend this house for families, especially young families."

"When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10."
