"A great experience for us staying in a houseboat at Island harbour, a tranquil area of the Isle of Wight, makes for a relaxing stay but in easy reach of the rest of the Island. On one of our days there we had friends over for dinner and due to the sunny positioning of the bi-fold doors, we could open these to the full extent, sit out and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. "For the price, this is the best place we've stayed on the Isle of Wight. We had room 3, which had a huge and very comfortable bed. The en-suite was large and had a bath. There were lots of toiletries and the tea/coffee station was well stocked. We also had the continental breakfast, which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend."

"The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. The cottage is on a B road with some traffic at times but the noise was not intrusive, and was non-existent overnight.
