  • Cozy 2-bedroom home is great for relaxing and enjoying all NKY/Cincinnati has to offer or for being near work.   Relax in the new hot tub (heated for you on arrival) on the back patio with tree line view.  Central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living area.

    Home was updated in 2025, all new appliances, bathroom fixtures and furnishings.   Each bedroom has an assortment of firm and soft pillows for you to choose from.  Beds are solid wood, no ikea furnishings.

Great communication with renter. Cute 2 bedroom with full kitchen. Relaxing hot tub included. Very clean. Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and NKU.

The owner was a very nice woman who dropped everything to come over when the one bathroom had a blocked toilet. I like that she lived close by because it made us feel safer. she provided a lot of little niceties that a lot of owners wouldn't think of like welcome cookies and nice toiletries. we definitely would stay in one of her properties again

Kandy’s property was exactly as described & photographed. It is in a cozy, quaint and very quiet neighborhood. If you are coming for a Reds or Bengal’s game the route we took from here to the stadium was so quick & simple! We are already planning on booking Kandy’s home again in July & September! Thank you for a pleasant & seamless experience, Kandy!
