Gorgeous, light-filled 4-bedroom beachfront house

  • Welcome to our stunning oceanside retreat! Enjoy a piece of heaven in this spacious and secluded beachfront house at the end of a private drive. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on our wrap-around deck, and spectacular ocean views inside from first and second floor windows.

    A few steps down a semi-private path brings you to Agate Beach, inviting you to explore its tide pools and sandy expanse. Agate Beach Golf Club is only a quarter-mile away, or take a short drive into town to explore charming Nye Beach and Newport’s historic beachfront.

    With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and three half-baths, this home can comfortably host eight guests. The main living room boasts lofty ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for family gatherings and games. Or cozy up in the main floor media room to watch movies on the large screen TV.

    You’ll find everything you need in our spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a darling breakfast nook with ocean views. A large dining room table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked meal while savoring the view of the coast.

    Other amenities include an interior hot tub, washer/dryer on the first floor, garage, driveway parking for multiple cars, central heat/air, and WiFi. Dogs (up to two) are welcome for an additional fee.

    Please note: the beach is home to Little Creek, which can rise during the rainy season. Guests should use caution crossing the creek, especially in fall and winter months.

Staying here felt less like renting a vacation house and more like being welcomed into a cherished personal sanctuary. You can immediately feel the care, warmth, and history that comes from decades of being a loved home before becoming a rental. This beach house strikes that rare, perfect balance of being elegant while remaining completely comfortable and inviting. Whether you’re yearning for solitude and creativity, or wanting a lively place to make memories with family or friends—this is the place to be. Every detail in this home was thoughtfully curated for a relaxing coastal retreat:Unmatched views, inviting interiors with large closets, and Tempur-Pedic mattresses with an abundant selection of pillows. Watching the dramatic West Coast sunsets from the deck’s rockers and lounge chairs was a daily highlight. Stepping into the hot tub inside its own cedar-lined room felt like a private spa experience, robes supplied! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need—including a wonderful array of spices in the pantry. Having a full washer/dryer and secure garage parking made our stay effortless and private. The east side of the home has a beautiful garden area and gorgeous hanging baskets. This is a rare gem on the Oregon coast, and we cannot wait to return!
