This is our second experience at the house and it has been a good fit for our large family. Lots of room to spread out and lots of things to do. Great kitchen. Great views.
Our group of 14 spread out so comfortably, and we had big dinners in the kitchen/dining room! The views were incredible, and communication with the management was quick and easy.
We had a great time in this Newport area house. The accommodations were perfect for our extended family and friends, ages 6-76. We had plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen(s) were well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and walking down to explore tide pools during low tide. Everyone enjoyed the amazing views and the hot tub! Thank you, we hope to return soon.

Stay near the Oregon lighthouse
The house was located in a great location next to the lighthouse - well appointed.Plenty of room for everyone comfortably - we were a group of 16.Fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, wine fridge, were all very nice.Any issues that we encountered were handled by the property manager immediately.
We brought our 6 adult kids (including sons and daughter inlaws) 3 grandkids and another set of parents. The house is fantastic, amazing location, great views and great walking. The house was perfect for us with two kitchens and several distinct areas that provided for all. The kids really enjoyed the secret lighthouse room, that we did not find until the second day. I would highly recommend this house!!
Beautiful property with lovely ocean views. As can happen, the weather didn’t cooperate for the entire trip and our kiddos had a blast playing pool, in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows, doing a cooking project and playing games which was possible because of how well appointed this home was. Lots of space for loud kiddos and napping kiddos. The adults got some space too. 10/10 recommend for family get away!!!
Wonderful place for a large family gathering! We stayed here over the long Thanksgiving weekend with 10 adults, a pre-teen, and a toddler, and it was the perfect space for our group. The views were stunning, and the layout of the home gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. We loved having so many fun amenities—card games around the game table, competitive rounds of foosball and ping-pong, evenings in the hot tub, and even playing the piano. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge bonus. The toddler absolutely loved spending time in the loft, and having two kitchens made preparing our Thanksgiving meal incredibly easy. We also appreciated the large dining table where we could all sit together for meals.A few small suggestions for the owners: a complete set of measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful, and having more forks and spoons would make it easier for groups eating multiple meals each day. It might also help to post a small sign noting that the stove is induction. Lastly, the dishwasher was a bit tricky—its soap dispenser didn’t release properly, and the normal cycle often ran for 4 hours without stopping, so we placed detergent in the bottom and opened the door to stop the cycle when needed.None of these issues kept us from having a wonderful stay. We truly loved the home and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!
Our stay was our annual family trip. The home was so comfortable and roomy for us all to really enjoy our time together. Beds were so comfy and everything was very clean. Location cannot be beat, close to everything. We enjoyed the Aquarium and visited the lighthouse. Bought fresh seafood and made Cioppino in the very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely book another stay. We also had a couple questions and called guest services. They responded quickly.
We had a wonderful time in Newport, Oregon in this large home. It has plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. From kitchen items to cooking items. The 5 bedrooms upstairs are large with one being a master bedroom and bathroom and two other bedrooms having a shared jack and jill bathroom. Two of the king bedrooms upstairs do not have a common full bathroom, only a half bathroom.
The downstairs is like it's own apartment. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom and a half bath downstairs too. Plus the full kitchen. It was great to play pool, watch Tv and relax. The hot tub was great and nice and hot on those cold and windy nights.
The location is perfect for getting around Newport. The trail down to the beach is very treacherous and only try it if you are in good physical shape. We drove to Beverly Beach just 10 mins up the road to enjoy a flat beach with access.
Overall we had a great time is this home and everyone enjoyed having their own space.
Thank you!

Beautiful home!
This is a beautiful home overlooking the ocean. We had a friend reunion of 10 stay for a week July 2023. Lots of room for us all. The pool and ping pong table kept us busy during down times. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more!
Now the reason for the 3 stars:
Multiple reviewers have mentioned the uncomfortable mattresses and hot rubber mattress pads yet still no upgrades. Mattress toppers and nice pads really don’t cost that much.
The fire places haven’t worked in quite a while yet no apparent effort to fix them
Broken handles on windows with signs that say don’t use instead of repairing them
Chairs around the fire pit are broken
Hot tub cover isn’t the right size so can’t use the clips although most are broken, the strap to secure it doesn’t work and the wind is very blustery and blows the top off. We ended up placing large rocks to keep it on
The small river rocks slide on the ground when walked on. We had 2 people fall on them and one broke her ankle. Definitely a liability that needs tended to
The bedroom with the 2 beds had a bag of chips stashed between the bed and wall which the ants had found.
Overall it’s a beautiful place just not being kept up
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious home!! Amazing views, right by the ocean. Lovely lighthouse views. The house was clean, host very responsive and helpful. Very nice rooms, beautiful master bath! Highly recommended!

Family vacation
Great vacation. Great accommodations. The kids loved tidepooling.
Beautiful location! Communication with the guest liaison was great and timely. The house was very well supplied with kitchen equipment linens, and games/entertainment. There was room for everyone easily, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our only caution to the future guests is to take care with windows and doors; the ocean air has corroded the metal making operation difficult at times, but the owners know that have given the occupants the ability to report problem details. Do what they ask and let the guest liaison know. We had a wonderful stay!
What a great house. Amazing views of the lighthouse, ocean, whales, and got to watch a pretty nasty storm rage from the living room. Plenty of bedrooms for a grownup vacation or multiple families with kids. Big main kitchen, big table, and a giant downstairs that could function as a separate apartment. Close to town. Had a blast!
