Staff is very friendly rules were clean beds super comfortable however, after the mid or morning shift, the overnight stuff seems about between this hotel and the red roof across the parking lot

Room had bugs.....staff was limited.....parking was good......gym very small and limited...no one used it.....dining terrible and was told on booking they have continental breakfast but instead just a very limited selection.....not worth the time to eat there

The hotel is very old. You’ll find rooms that are outdated. Paint chipped and old. But the bed was comfy and clean. So if you want beauty and modern this is not your place. If you don’t care about modernity and sleeping outdated motel then this is fine. Front desk folks own the place. They were friendly!

Easy to park. Musty in rooms. Rooms clean with old curtains, furniture.Breakfast consisted of mini muffins, toast, waffle, cereal and coffee. No jelly, syrup, butter - very disappointed. Staff worked b/w hotels across from each other. Not always at front desk. Fair / adequate for price but ok to sleep and shower. Probably won't stay again or recommend.

Air conditioning unit was so loud we did not get much sleep. Carpet had stains and looked very dirty. There is no AC in the lobby or hallways. Staff was friendly.

One night

Third time I stayed here. Staff very nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated, and the room was clean, but hallways and other areas seemed to be lacking attention to cleanliness. Also previous two times the hotel seemed very busy. This saturday night it seemed a ghost town. Maybe because school is in session and summer is over. Still meets my needs, but there surely room for improvement in overall up keep.

Ok by me

Older Hotel, but this stay my room was clean and well kept. AC unit was a little noisy, but cooled good and I like fan noise when I sleep. Evening lady on front desk very nice both stays. She also gave me a one bed room both weeks when I asked. Hotel is showing it's age, but great for my needs.

Pillows on floor.

Room was clean, Bed very comfortable, just seemed odd all the pillows were on the floor. Looked like someone forgot to put them back on the bed. The pillows were clean, and bed was made and was very comfortable. Hotel is older, but seems well kept and great for my one night stay.

The building is not well maintained. The staff was freindly and helpful. No one at the front desk. If you need to stay by Ft. Eustis it is extremely close.
