Staff was friendly and room was comfortable, but TV was difficult to use with no instructions. Finally found an app for YouTube TV with some live shows. One of 2 elevators was out of order. $5 per day parking and had to be careful to park in spaces marked for hotel. No free breakfast…my fault for not reading the fine print. There was a pricy bistro serving a nice selection but we only used it once.

The staff is excellent especially Tami (I think was her name). They were very accommodating. The hot tub was out and the heat on our floor was being worked on but the staff made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of.
