The staff is excellent especially Tami (I think was her name). They were very accommodating. The hot tub was out and the heat on our floor was being worked on but the staff made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of.

This was a great stay. The staff was great, room was excellent, pool was really nice, and location was really good. My biggest issue was that the hot tub was Out of Order. That was a main reason I booked this over other locations. I was really looking forward to using it and could not. Huge disappointment for me.

Was only staying one night, so I didn’t have time to use any amenities. I did order breakfast, and it was surprisingly good (eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Easy check in and easy check out. All good from my needs and preferences, and I tend to be on the particular side.
