Overall the property was cool, except for the broken elevator but that was no fault of the staff. A bit more flexibility on their behalf during that time would have been nice (clearing people from the breakfast area with a broken elevator and no way to access upper floors). The property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely book here agin.

The heating was good and made the room very comfortable and the breakfast was okay the room was very clean and the staff was very nice

You get what you pay for. Pros- Cheap. Decent rooms, decent property, clean beds. Very nice staff. Cons- People coming and going from the property were strung out and sketchy. Smelled like cigarettes and 420. Missing tv remote. I would not stay here again.

Great value, cozy, comfortable accomodations. Great for short family trips where price is more relevant than major amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. We had an issue with our room entry card keypad but the staff anticipated our needs even though it couldn't be repaired during our stay. The beds were ok as far as comfort. Overall a great stay for the price.

Good room size. There were simple cosmetic fixes that a little care could fix (hole in wall, paint over lapping unpainted areas). One night the toilet back overflowed, front desk fixed. Last night it was a humid as the jungle - then it was fixed by morning. All in, exactly what we expected.

We visited Virginia to go fishing and stayed at this property because it was close to the pier. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel had a light mildewy smell but the staff was very friendly. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night on our first night. That morning I reported the issue and the lady at the front had maintenance come straight down to fix it. Great area near by for shopping and eating.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was well furnished and clean and updated. They seem to lack enough staff to keep the place going, but the staff that was working was pleasant and helpful. Our toilet broke but they did come and fix it. Breakfast bar was a joke. No coffee was made one morning and no sugar available another morning. Very small selection of breakfast items. It was a low priced hotel so I guess you get what you pay for.

There was a crack in the window like someone had hit it with a baseball. The hairdryer was not functioning. The beds were comfortable. We were on a non-smoking floor, but the hallways smelled like both cigarettes and other smoking products. The floors were very sticky.
