It is a Motel 6 - but it is newly renovated with hardwood floors, the bathroom and bathtub looked brand new, very clean and quiet. All in all it is a good place for a nights stay if you are in the area - we used it as a home base for some concerts at the Hampton Coliseum. Worked out well.

Quiet and comfortable night will be back again.

This hotel was budget friendly and comfortable.All of the people at the front desk were sweet and kind, and did their job.The room was clean, had mininfridge and microwave, a lot of locations around to eat. The area is very nice and none threatening,it's pretty much what you should expect.We had no issues and I would happily book here again.

A great change from my experiences with Motel 6 over 30 years ago. Spacious rooms, faux wood flooring instead of well-used carpets, clean, parking right in front of room. Not many amenities (shampoo and lotion etc.) but did have usb charging port by the bed on either side and a nice work area installed beneath the TV. I'll stay here again if in the Norfolk area.

This is one of the cleaner motels in the area in the under $125 per night price. Everything worked and everything was clean. There appear to be some locals that live here that are not too quiet and there is a guy living here and he keeps his dog in his SUV but otherwise I had no complaints.

Pros: this was pretty clean for a budget motel. Not up to par with higher end hotels ive worked with but I will say that this is the best motel 6 I have ever been to in my life. All rooms have a fridge and microwave. I did see a vending machine and laundry in the main lobby. It was spacious for a one bed. Soap bars, no hair dryer. Heat/ac workedThey tried for sure. Cons: Initially I booked the room for one night then added on another with a note to stayover in 308 as my work was going to be extended. The checkin was smooth initially. The first woman put me in a room other than the one I had booked (unbeknownst to me, I dont work there) I really wasnt in the room until my shift ended before midnight. 630 am i go to renew. 2nd woman almost doesnt honor my 80 dollar booking stating she has none of the rooms i booked online. And that since its a different room i need to get ready to check out and come back at check in time. Over the course of at least an hour with side by side identical bookings and asking for a courtesy call (never came) she honored my stay with an additional early check in feed to remain in the same room which is apparently required every single stayovet.
