I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my next mini R&R getaway. Nicole and her staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which set the tone for a quiet and relaxing great stay. I had originally booked a studio, and to my surprise, I was upgraded to a one‑bedroom at check‑in. I needed a quiet place to rest and unplug, and this turned out to be the perfect spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the property is conveniently close to restaurants and only about a 20‑minute drive from Bayshore Beach and various historical sites.

Overall stay was ok. Quiet area. I was placed on the first floor very noisy at night! Also, this is an “extended stay” so don’t expect your room to be cleaned given fresh towels if you’re only staying one night. However I did receive fresh towels when I asked the front desk.

Mixed review. Lots of dog poop not collected and disposed of. Room was clean but a bit on the shabby side (toilet wouldn't refill without some help, sink was cracked in multiple places, kitchen faucet was leaking significantly at the base and the room smelled like pot). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms definitely need a facelift. Very musty old carpet, my bedroom door was falling off the hinges, tons of patchwork/damage to walls/doors, old furniture. Even just changing furniture and slapping some cheap flooring down would be a huge help. It’s in a safe area, and not a bad place to stop and rest for a night or two, but if you’re looking for something updated this is not for you. I didn’t mind it, I only needed to sleep two nights here for work, and I’m not much of a hotel snob. But I would say for the price, I expected a little more.

The property seemed quiet and safe . The unit was a nice size and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes . The bedding and towels seemed clean . There was mold in our bathroom and the tile was really dirty. I walked around on the carpet with my white socks and they were pretty much black. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Lots of the vents were caked with dust. I saw a small roach in the kitchen sink area. All throughout the hallways it smelled like marijuana . I would not stay there again.
