"I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous! All in all 10/10 for my stay! It was exactly what I needed! Side note…Dory’s Deli in the morning is full of amazing locals…hearing people greet each other by name while you enjoy fabulous Coffee, food and people watch was one of my highlights Newport Coffee had amazing smoothies! "

"Location! Location! Location! If you want walkable access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, night life, etc. This place has it all. The house is well appointed with convenience items and even beach gear. Does not have HVAC, but we never needed it. It’s right on the beach, so there was always a pacific breeze blowing right through the house. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy in the area, so noise increases and parking is almost impossible. The box fans provided were perfect for drowning out the noise at night. The garage entry is very low, so if you drive an suv, you won’t be able to use it. Sedan or cars will be fine. PM communicated quickly, we didn’t have issues just a couple questions. Overall, I would recommend it and would absolutely stay again. Last thing, if people watching is entertainment for you….book this house!"

"Property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with Accessories and plenty of towels for everyone. Proximity to the beach was wonderful and the rooftop deck was a great way to cap off the day! "
