"Pleasantly surprised. I love this isn’t a franchise hotel. I stayed for 2 days. They have food optiions and a bar in the evening. I didn’t use the pool but saw it was near the elevator. I like the location because some hotels you have to awkwardly walk around near the front desk in your swimwear. Breakfast staff was friendly & attentive. Front desk staff upon arrival came across annoyed, less welcoming than other staff. All parking is front of hotel. There’s a convenience store in walking dance, hotel is close to interstate. There’s a car dealership behind hotel. If I ever have to stay in Newport, I’d definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay here and would stay again. The room was very clean and comfortable. They were having trouble with the key cards when we were there but the staff went out of their way to assist us. A little more attention to cleaning the elevator would be welcomed. We would not hesitate to stay here again "
