"The room was supposed to be accessible with a king size bed. My problem is only one side of the king size bed is accessible how's the other person supposed to get in the bed when it's against the wall A comfortable chair would have been nice"

"The gentleman at the front desk was the only bright spot of the experience. The rest was a hard pass. Smelled bad and very dirty."

"Very cute tiny home located in a new community along the lake. (Used to be an RV park but they have turned it into Tiny Homes). The area is very nice and the people very friendly. Well maintained. Nice view off of the deck. You can watch the sun set."

"The room was super clean, everything was warm and inviting. The selling point for me was the bed. Hotel beds are not normally comfortable but I don’t know what kind of magic this hotel has but that bed was by far the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly, parking was simple and didn’t make me question whether my cat would be ok. Just overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking there again. "

"It was my first time visiting Lake Norman Hotel and The Landing Restaurant. I had spoken to a staff member ahead of time to make sure of my reservation. Very friendly and informative. I checked in after 3pm, but the staff had left an envelope on the office door for me. Thank you so much! My room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy! I throughly enjoyed my stay! I loved sitting out on the patio the next morning with a cup of coffee. I hope to visit again soon!"
