"We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. "

"It was a pleasant stay. Especially since it was a last-minute booking and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my son and I. Would love to have my own remote for the gate next time I pop in. But overall, a neat little gem. Value for money..."

"There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"
