He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Ivan was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to recommend some great Casino’s and his suggestions did not disappoint. It really made my stay even better knowing I could rely on his guidance. "Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The coffee creamer stuck to the counters like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, same with the sink next to the coffee. The staff was fine. I travel often and the price was a little high for the area and what you "got" but no big deal, I just expected it to be clean."
