"Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good. Everyone who was employed there was very friendly and polite. The location is excellent and convenient and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The owner Paul is so friendly and helpful really made our stay very welcoming. The chalets are right next to a spar (shop) open late too. Parking was easy and right outside our chalet! The chalet we originally booked had someone in it but Paul upgraded us to the bigger chalet that was so clean and really warm after a long day travelling and spending a day in the rain! We loved the chalet and Paul and we will return again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for making our holiday a great one! "

"Loved it. Basic but nice spa. The hotel breakfast was great, as was the dinner. The service in all parts of the hotel was excellent. We played squash, used the gym, spa, and games room. The only downside of the games room was that some bits for the games were missing but we had fun nonetheless. The bar had live music on the Friday night and the bar area had board games and chess tables. Beautiful views. Lovely room. "

"All staff very friendly and welcoming - particularly the ladies at breakfast! Everyone made an effort to interact with our 3 year old which goes a long way. :) very family/ dog friendly. Good food - probably the best cooked breakfast we’ve had in a while, everything was perfectly cooked and great selection. We had a meal in the restaurant too that was tasty! We stayed in a garden room, spacious and clean. Lovely location with great views of the surrounding hills. Would recommend and would stay again. "

"Easy to find and well sign posted. The property was clean and tidy with a nice little welcome pack. The view was stunning, even with misty starts and the little play area was easily supervised from the pods. The owner was so friendly and had two gorgeous dogs (in the private garden) who liked to keep an eye on proceedings. Really good to find a property with space for three children as it’s rare. The property is also within easy distance of Kingussie and Newtonmore as well as many of the attractions of the highlands."
