The house was perfect for our needs. It is older but you can tell the owners are working to make it comfortable. If you're wanting to be away from the city this is the perfect place.

Loved this little place

Very cozy. We enjoy secluded type properties and this is one of them. Watched the deer in the backyard in the evening and was relaxing. I love my fans as well and this place is the only one we’ve stayed at that provided plenty of fans. Host was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. Very quiet stay.

Quiet and Adorable

This property is super cute. I enjoyed the quiet time my friends and I had at this property. It is located in a very quiet area with only one neighbor, very peaceful.

What a beautiful little home. So much character and made you feel at home. Clean and comfortable. Diana was very communicative and friendly. We loved our one night stay on our way to the destiny.

A hunters retreat

Me and a couple buddies went up to hunt Kentucky and stayed in this home. We really liked it because it was out in the country and nice and quite. Not far from the local stores though so getting groceries and supply's was no problem. Sure the house is old but it was quite comfy.

Weekend Hunting Trip

Stayed at this property during a weekend hunting trip to Ballard WMA. Perfect for what we needed. Older farm house, not perfect but had good heat, hot water and room for 4 adults. Owner was very nice and communicated very well. Checked to make sure we had everything needed. Very accommodating!

Perfect for our need

We stayed 1 night as we were traveling 17 hours and needed to break that long drive up. House was as described. Comfy and relaxing. Very quiet area(which is always a plus). Much better than a tiny little hotel rooom. If we come back this way again, I’ll look for this house again.

Beautiful & Relaxing

The owner was very good at communicating. She made sure that the air matress we needed was already pumped up and made up before we got there. This was a huge added help for us, because we ended up getting in super late. The place was peaceful, clean, and gave a country vibe. I highly recommend this place.

Quick Stay

We booked this home as a halfway overnight point on our way to Iowa. It was perfect for us! Great communication, Dianna sent me the property info minutes after booking through the app and was quick to respond when I let her know we arrived/departed. House was easy to find with GPS. 10-12 minute drive to some good restaurant choices. The house had character and was cozy! It was very clean. The bedding smelled amazing! I felt like I was in a Gain commercial! Overall would recommend this quite little home.

This was a nice little older house pretty much in the country but close enough to where we were going to be convenient. The house was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of room for two adults and five children. It had a kitchen, we were able to cook and save money. The beds were comfortable. This house was well worth the money and i would have loved to stay longer. This is a really good deal. Thanks
