They went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. I truly didn’t want to leave, not because of the beautiful beach. The hospitality was top notch and everyone was friendly and wonderful. It’s the next best thing to being at home.

Loved our stay at Continental Residence Nha Trang! Smooth check-in, quick help with WiFi, spotless housekeeping, and a homey setup with kitchen and washer. Perfect central location right across from the beach. Pool is small and beach chairs only until 4pm, but overall amazing service and stay for our family of four. Would definitely return!

No A/C in the elevator. The A/C is only okay in the rooms. There’s no A/C in the bathrooms or kitchen. Each room has its own A/C machine. We came in June. It was very hot when we visited and we had to keep the A/C on for a long time. The A/C started running water and dropped water on the floor. The elevator is extremely slow, so plan on extra 3-5 minutes for going down or up. There’s also us now A/C or fan in the elevator so it gets very very hot in the slow moving elevator. The staff are very helpful and super nice. 7/10

PROS In terms of cleanliness and the staff it is a 10. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very polite and friendly. Everything was very new and nice. Bed was very comforable. CONS Insane levels of noise from the horrible roof top disco at the Havana Hotel next door. If you like hearing "get you f-ing hands up" until 1am then you'll be very happy. Not only did it ruin every relaxing evening, I doubt I'll be going back to Nha Trang again. All the charm is gone. The pool is not much larger than a bath tub, and while you can use the Intercontinental beach, you can't use the pool despite there being a door to access. Pretty stingy considering the room cost. There were only 8 umbrellas on the beach. By contrast there were over 40 at the next place over. Again, pretty lackluster given the price.
